Full engineering/machining workshop facilities
Producing U bolts and N bolts in large quantities both in stainless steel and galvanised.
In addition we engineer all forms of structural steelwork used in the industry.
Computer Numeric Control machine tools are used for the majority of machining operations.
Site construction including civil engineering and concrete
We have specialised tracked HIABS enabling us to transport materials and base station
equipment into the more challenging or difficult sites.
GRP or Stealth
These sites are one of our specialities and we are able to engineer and install all the necessary components to support this area. This is an increasing part of our workload.
Crane operations/Lifting operations
We have in house certified crane Appointed Persons and banksman in addition to a large inventory of lifting gear to enable us to plan and lift equipment used within the industry.
Derrick lifting
A technique requiring experience and very specialised skills.
We have in house lifting winches and derricks enabling us to offer this service on sites where normal
lifting techniques are just not possible.
Test & measurement
We have in house measurement capability in waveguide and coax to 26.5GHz.
PIM Anritsu certified engineers and in house equipment enabling us to offer this service quickly and efficiently.
Our microwave Test & Measurement equipment is metrology quality allowing us to install to the very best standards.
We believe we are the only company in the UK with this capability from in house equipment.
